Rotaract Club of Service Leaders

Leading through service, inspiring through action

The Rotaract Club of Service Leaders (RCSL) is a dynamic, youth-led, non-profit community uniting students and alumni of the African Leadership University (ALU) under a shared commitment to ethical leadership, lifelong learning, and transformative service. Rooted in ALU’s mission to develop leaders who will shape Africa’s future, RCSL exists as a living expression of that vision where purpose meets action, and leadership is defined by impact.

RCSL brings together a diverse network of emerging leaders driven by a deep sense of responsibility to serve their communities and the continent at large. The club fosters a culture of self-awareness, innovation, and collaboration, empowering members to translate bold ideas into sustainable solutions. Through initiatives in education, entrepreneurship, public health, environmental stewardship, and youth empowerment, members are equipped not only to serve, but to lead change with integrity and resilience.

More than a service club, RCSL is a platform for personal and professional growth, where individuals challenge themselves, build meaningful connections, and cultivate the mindset and skills required to lead in an increasingly complex world. Guided by the Rotary principle of “Service Above Self” and inspired by ALU’s belief in purpose-driven leadership, RCSL nurtures leaders who are not only capable, but conscious; not only ambitious, but accountable.

At its core, the Rotaract Club of Service Leaders is a community of changemakers, committed to turning vision into action, and action into lasting impact across Africa and beyond.
